Authorized Tower 55 Products Dealers may use prototype and model photos taken by an Tower 55 Products employee for placement on their own websites, or costumers may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for their personal, noncommercial home use only, provided that

a) You keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices
b) You make no modifications to the materials
c) You do not utilize 3rd party licensor information, trademarks, service marks, and trade names without their written consent

Prototype pictures taken by other people that are on our Web site may NOT be taken from our website and utilized for personal or commercial use.
